Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains open. Following account closure, we retain minimal records for the period required by applicable law — typically for audit and dispute-resolution purposes — after which data is securely deleted from our systems.

You may request a copy of your stored data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of non-essential records at any time. Requests submitted through the Help Centre or privacy email are processed within the timeframe set by applicable Indian data-protection obligations.
